  list.  One definition, so a branding change lands everywhere instead of on
  whichever copy was noticed -- which is how the pre-TuxCare markup survived on
  some pages long after it was fixed on others.

  The static landing page (kcare/patches/index.html, served straight off disk by
  the index route) cannot import these; its copy is pinned by
  tests/unit/views/test_patches.py instead.
